2.  HUD 1 Closing Statement - Keep this in a safe place for life.  You will need this for future tax purposes.  Call us if you need a copy or have any questions regarding it.
 

3.  Refinancing - There are many ways to save money.  We can recommend competitively priced lenders and closing company.  We can help you save money on your refinance title insurance premium.
 

4.  Remodeling -  We are available to assist you in calculating the return on investment for any home improvements.  Some enhancements return a higher yield for money spent.  We want to make sure you maximize the value of your investment.
 

5.  Your Home's Market Value - We can help you keep track of your largest investment with a market analysis and a web based Market Snapshot Report.  Just send us your email address to receive up to date neighborhood activity.

9.  Combination Lockbox - If you are having work done by contractors you can give them limited access via a combination lockbox and not be present.
